How long will my ring take?
Once we have our initial meeting, it usually takes about 3-4 weeks for me to create your ring. After that, we can find a time for you to come by and pick it up! I can’t wait for you to see it!
Do you take walk-ins?
Due to the amount of bookings I have, I am unable to take walk-ins at this time. Please schedule an appointment.
How far out are appointments booked?
Usually, I’m booking the same week or the following.
When should I start the design process?
At least 2 months before your wedding, proposal, or event. The creation process only takes about 3-4 weeks, but with scheduling it’s best to give yourself extra time.
Are custom pieces more expensive?
I am here to accommodate any vision or budget. I offer a wide range of metals, stones, and design techniques to work with my customers to see their vision come to life!
What is the warranty?
Lifetime warranty. That covers all care and maintenance, which includes cleaning, polishing, stone tightening, and adjustments free of charge with no required check-ups.
What is the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds?
Simply put, the main difference is where they come from – either the lab or the earth. Both lab-grown and natural diamonds are fully certified by GIA and IGI with laser-engraved serial numbers.
Where do you source your diamonds and gemstones from?
Canada, India, Belgium. All of my diamonds and gemstones are processed through the Kimberely process to verify that they were mined safely and with fair wages for workers.
